Started around March '08 doing SS. Lifted with good consistency until around February '09. In this time I went from 180lbs to 230lbs. 5RM were 240 Squat (with terrible form), 185lb Bench (bad form), 125lb Press, 385lb Deadlift (also questionable form), and 175lb Powerclean. Lip injury occurred in May '09. From May '09 to August '09, lifted very inconsistently. Ended up dropping to around 200lbs. Restarted SS in August '09 but schoolwork was overwhelming. Began lifting consistently again with a BB routine from January - April-ish, but again was inconsistent from April '10 to July '10. Started up the same BB routine from before in August '10. Hemorrhoid occurred in October '10. Recovered in November '10 but sprained wrist almost immediately after. Continued same BB routine in January '11. Lifted consistently and switched to Stronglifts in late March '10. Plan to continue Stronglifts for as long as possible.
